Have ACS actually seen the plane I am flying in?
Yes, we only use aircraft from trustworthy operators. see air charter safety

Are there any photos of the private jet?
Yes, these will be provided as part of the quote. see how to book a charter

Are there beds if it is a long haul flight?
Most private jets that are suitable for long haul flights have fully reclinable chairs for sleeping. Some of the larger aircraft have beds.

Catering
ACS offer fully bespoke in-flight catering that can be provided to meet your exact requirements.

Can you guarantee that the private aircraft is clean and tidy?
Yes, all aircraft charters arrange by ACS involve jets cleaned to the highest standards inside and out.

If the airplane breaks down does ACS send me another?
In the unlikely event that your plane breaks down, your account manager will source another.

Are there any US airports that ACS cannot fly to?
All flights are subject to landing slots and availability. Military airports will have obvious restrictions.

Are private jets quicker than commercial airlines ie will the flight be shorter?
This all depends on aircraft size and type, time will always be saved through the lack of waiting in queues, check ins etc.

If I fly to an airport outside of the US do I go through customs?
Yes

How do I get from the plane to my hotel?
ACS can arrange transfers to and from the airport, be it via air or land.

How do I find my aircraft on the return flight?
Your account manager will provide complete details for all stages of your trip.

Can I add another passenger (plane size allowing)
You can add additional passengers but, you must inform your ACS account manager of any and all changes to the passenger manifest prior to departure.

Can I smoke?
No

Avoid long lines at Security in major airports—in fact, avoid the security process all together! – is this true in and outside the US?
The terminals for private aircraft have a much more streamlined security process. You cannot avoid it altogether but you will get through in half the time it would take for a scheduled service flight.
